You can cancel or change an order before it enters processing.

Cancelling an order

To cancel, email contact@booksunrise.store or call +1 (775) 358-9559 as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet entered processing, we cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Changing an order or shipping address

Changes, including a new shipping address, are possible only before the order enters processing. Contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

Orders that have already shipped

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. You can request a return under our Returns & Refund Policy.

Cancellations by BookSunrise

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, if a pricing error occurred, or if required certification for a regulated item is not provided. In these cases you receive a full refund.

Refund timing

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post the refund.
