Yes. Shipping is free on orders delivered within the United States. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can affect delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection, and your card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored on our site. Read our Payment Policy.
You can request a return on eligible items within 14 days. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number. Conditions and refund timing are listed in our Returns & Refund Policy.
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Enter it on our Track Your Order page. If 3 business days have passed and you haven’t received tracking, contact us.
Some refrigerants may only be sold to technicians certified under EPA Section 608. For these items, we may ask for proof of certification before your order ships.
