You can cancel or change an order before it enters processing.

Cancelling an order

To cancel, email contact@booksunrise.store or call +1 (775) 358-9559 as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet entered processing, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day begin processing that day, so please contact us quickly.

Changing an order

Changes to items, quantities, or the shipping address are possible only before the order enters processing.

Orders that have already shipped

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellations by BookSunrise

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if payment cannot be completed or verified, if a pricing error occurred, or if required certification for a regulated product is not provided. If we cancel your order, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Refund timing

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need a few business days to post the credit.
